Welcome to our Blog. I'm one the people that will entertain and inform you throughout our long (soon to be) relationship as blogger and reader. My name is Jethro, call me Jeth-senpai if you like, no scratch that, i demand you call me Senpai! Well, let's see what i can tell you about myself. I love watching Anime, Reading Manga and Light Novels, Playing games. I love going to Cosplay/Anime Conventions, I like to read Mystery Novels when i have time. I like to make jokes and, generally have fun. I'm easy-going and laid-back. I rarely get serious. I like spending time with my friends, but i also like spending my time alone pondering about the mysteries of life. From time to time, i like to dance and sing, even though I'm not cut out for it. Well, that's pretty much who i am.
Now that serious stuff is out of the way, let me share with you my Top 3 Favorite Anime{ I would put my Top 10 but I'm too lazy for that stuff, so let's stop at number 3)
- Gintama - It's basically about a NEET Samurai doing any kind of job he wants, reason being his way of life having been compromised thanks to the arrival of Amanto( basically aliens, but they don't really care about that stuff). He's also a guy addicted to sugar and can't live his life without having one parfait a day. He's accompanied by an adolescent samurai-in-training that's so mundane that he's pretty much just a stand for his glasses. Oh! Did i mention that he's the straight man for this Anime. To top it all off, is the heroine of the show, a gluttonous, violent, and batshit crazy Amanto girl. She's a one-of-a-kind heroine for the uncanny antics she does throughout the show. Collectively, they call themselves the Yorozuya (pretty much jack-of-all-trades). They can do pretty much everything and a great help except for the fact that they can't do stuff like normal people. Well, that's about it. Be sure to give it a go, don't give up midway or you'll miss the fun of the show.
- Steins;Gate - Probably one of the most ingenious and well-made Anime i have ever seen. The story revolves around a self-proclaimed scientist, that's trying to unravel the mysteries of time travel in the confines of his apartment. He's accompanied by a perky and quirky childhood friend, she's the one helping him keep his feet on the ground so that he won't go overboard with his experiments. Another member of his crew, is a self-proclaimed "super hacker" and likes it when people call him so. Oh! And he's a a super otaku as well. They are joined by an up-and-coming genius scientist who denies what they have achieved but later on softens towards the protagonist. Yeah, she's pretty much a Tsundere. That's it. How about you give it a try, and join them in learning about possibilities of time travel.
- K-On! - This is really a favorite of mine. One the Animes i first watched when i started making Anime a hobby. It revolves around the high school life of quirky, out-of-the-hole, air headed girl, that's trying to find what she wants to do with her life. She meets a shy, easily-embarrassed girl that's always having a hard time trying to keep things in order. Another one is the out-going, laid-back self-proclaimed leader of the group, she's always having a hard time trying to fulfill her duties as the Club President which always gets them into a lot pinches. Then, we get a good-willed, curiosity-filled, rich girl, she's always the provider of a lot of stuffs( i.e. Cakes and Tea). And Lastly, we have their sweet, beautiful, and kind club adviser, which spends a huge amount of her time with them due being lonely most of the time. Oh! I almost forgot they'll also gain a cute and serious kouhai that will make their days much more fun and enjoyable. Well, I don't want to spoil too much, just give it a chance, i know you want to. Hey, it's fun to try new things.
Well, that's about it. I wanted to do more but i don't have time for it. I told you who i am, and gave you my Top Three Favorite Anime. It's about time i bid you farewell, thanks for reading and see you next time.
